IHOP Free Pancakes on National Pancake Day
IHOP Free Pancakes for everybody! IHOP will be observing National Pancake Day to costumers nationwide. The International House of Pancake is offering a free stack of pancakes for people who loves to eat pancakes.
On National Pancake Day, IHOP is once again rolling out a free short stacks around the nation. So spend more quality time with your family and other loved ones, visit any IHOP and ask for a free short stack of Buttermilk Pancakes. However, while you enjoy the free pancakes, the restaurant is hoping that you’ll also drop a donation for the Children’s Miracle Network.
IHOP says it raised nearly $8 million for charities since it started the free pancake program in 2006. Last year, the restaurant raised $2.5 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, and it hopes to raise $2.7 million this year. Steve Bishop, regional marketing manager at IHOP, said this is the seventh year that the food chain has held the fundraiser.
For every free stack of buttermilk pancakes, guests are invited to make a voluntary donation to their area Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, he said :
“We have given away free food before. But I think that fact that the free stack of pancakes is tied with a donation to a children’s hospital really brings people out of the woodwork. People can feel good about getting something for free and that makes a difference”.
IHOP Free Pancakes offer will start between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Tuesday at participating restaurants.
So if you should be able to walk into any IHOP around the nation and ask for a free stack of Buttermilk Pancakes, consider leaving a small donation for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and other designated charities.
