The New Controversy Over Yasser Arafat’s Death; Palestine People Pointed at Israel

Palestine has asked for an international investigation on the death of Yasser Arafat, after the recent revelation about the possibility of poison infection behind his death. They also got official backing from Tunisia over this issue.

The common people pointed their finger at Israel as the main conspirator of the death. They accused the then prime minister of Israel Ariel Sharon, as for ordering this murder. They thought that the failure of the Camp David negotiations was the main reason of Sharon’s taking such a step. Riyad al-Malki, the foreign minister of Palestine, stated that such an investigation was the only solution to solve the puzzle behind Arafat’s mysterious death while Tunisia wanted the intervention of the Arab League over this issue.

The subsided controversies over the iconic leader’s death have been newly instigated by a latest report of Al Jazeera, where it was hinted that the main reason of Arafat’s death might have been Polonium- 210, a radioactive element.
