However, he has won the AT&T National on Sunday by beating Bo Van Pelt at the Congressional Country Club. He defeated his opponent by two strokes.

With this win, he has become the first three-time winner in the PGA Tour in 2012. This win was his 74th in PGA Tour and placed him in the second position of all-time. He is now in the leading position of the standings of PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup 2012. He also pocketed a handsome amount of $110,853,026 with this achievement.

His recent performance indicated to his recovery from the scandals that disrupted his personal and professional life in the late part of 2009. His resurrection will surely be a big boost for Nike too, the only big sponsor that did not leave him after his tragic fall.

However, he still has to go a long way to become the Tiger he was supposed to be at earlier times.
