From the outside, Toyota made larger fog lamps with a chrome case that produce a jeweled effect also it has an extended reverse lamps and clear white signal lights, a break from the usual red tint light. It has the same wheel design as its hybrid counterpart in Japan. Safety features are installed like Blind Corner Monitor and Back Guide Monitor to assists the driver specially when parking. This van can have either a 2.4 or 3.5 liter engines. Even if it is not made for the purpose of speed, it is make to provide comfort, because of its spacious interior this luxury van can seat up to seven passengers and an additional four for the convertible seat at the back. To add to these features, it also has reclining chairs and foot rest at front passenger and second row and to complete the comfortable ride, there is a panoramic sunroof to enjoy the view while on the road.
The 2012 Toyota Alphard will be sold in the market for China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and other Asian countries. There will be a hybrid model that will be available in selected countries.
